In the last 24hrs I have:

Taken an hour to travel from Paddington to Marble Arch (damn TFL and emergency tube closures)

Bought a HP iPAQ rx 1950 series (Wi-fi, one of the joys of the modern age!)

Laid in bed and been bathed with ice cubes by a drunk boyf
Moved bedding to front room with its large open windows to try and escape the heat (no such luck)
Been locked out my office for 2hrs (cue sunburnt cleavage)

London isn't made for weather this hot; all are rude and impatient including me...

This evening will be spent under a cold shower and tomorrow will be spent getting horribly drunk at Lovebox
